Evangelism

The purpose of Evangelism is to fulfill the great commission given by Jesus to go preach the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).  Our mandate is to go and share the good news of Jesus Christ with those of every walk of life who do not know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Our goal is to use innovative ways to make the entire community we serve receive the Gospel.  Our purpose will be accomplished through:

• Inspiring, motivating and challenging Mount Calvary Christian Center members to grow as Christ’s disciples through cross-cultural witnessing.
• Facilitate and support outreach efforts that connect people to their callings.
• Provide evangelism training and preparation that promote effective witnessing. Mobilize human and financial resources for significant and strategic Kingdom impact.

The Evangelism Department is comprised of multiple ministries whose goal is to reach all men.  These ministries include:

• Homeless Ministry
• Rapha (Hospital Ministry)
• Prison Ministry
• Street Ministry
